- Advertisements are released in leading Newspapers, Job websites, Hospitality and Shipping Magazines, etc., inviting applications for the vacant positions on behalf of our Principal.
- Potential / suitable candidates are screened by our HR Specialists for short listing.
- The short listed candidates are invited for a Preliminary interview at our closest office for submission of the Registration Form (Free) and necessary documentation.
- The Reference and Background checks are conducted to check the authenticity of the documents submitted by the candidate.
- The short listed candidates need to go through a personal or webcam interview with our Principal’s Representative to be eligible for possible employment with their organization.
- Successful candidates will then be advised to complete the following formalities or as required by our Principle.
- Passport valid for at least 1 year.
- Police clearance certificate
- Medical fitness certificate
- STCW-95 certification (optional)
- Seaman's Book (optional)
- The candidate will now proceed for Medicals and Visa Documentation. Successful Candidates will then be ready to Travel and join the Company.
